Dr Tiv is a BDS-qualified dental professional with over 24 years of experience in clinical practice and dental education. From early in his career, he recognised a gap in the industry. Talented dentists with enormous potential but no structured pathway to grow.

After years of advanced training, clinical excellence, and mentoring colleagues one-on-one, Dr Tiv set out to build something bigger. Something that could reach every dentist who felt stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for more.

That's how PowerUp was born. A comprehensive education program that combines clinical mastery, business growth, and personal development into one transformative experience.
